Our practice is fortunate to have low staff turnover, which means better continuity of care and patient familiarity. Our employees are proud of the service they provide you. From check in to check out, you will be treated professionally and with care and respect.
We believe we are unique in the Fayetteville area and feel sure you will agree. Our commitment to you and our attentiveness to detail results in a quick, efficient and comfortable office visit for you. Wait times are minimal in our waiting room and you will not experience endless sitting in a cold exam room. We pride ourselves on running efficiently. We recognize your time, like ours, is a valuable commodity. Our well-run office allows your doctor to still spend quality time with you without keeping others waiting. You won’t feel rushed when you are in the exam room. You will feel as if you are the only patient there. And that’s exactly how we like it.
At Fayetteville Woman’s Care, we offer you an Advanced Care Team that consists of four Registered Nurses who will help you with your New OB Nurse interview and all your questions through Triage. These nurses will also provide you Diabetes Education when needed.
You will see a New OB RN on your first New OB visit. During that visit not only will she get a detailed medical history from you, but you will learn what to expect during your pregnancy. She will help educate you on bodily changes as well as what to expect from us at each visit. She will let you know what is normal and when to call us.
We also have a full time Triage Nurse, who is here during normal business hours to answer all your questions. She can facilitate something as simple as a medication refill or she can assess your symptoms to determine if you need to schedule an appointment. She will consult with providers and we can often treat your symptoms without the need to come to the office. The Triage Nurse often gives reassuring advice to our soon-to-be moms. There is no silly question for our Triage Nurse.
Our Registered Nurses provide diabetes education to patients in order to reduce risks that could complicate pregnancy. This team of nurses assists patients in obtaining diabetic supplies and educates you on blood sugar management to include diet and exercise as well as insulin administration and management.
All of our Advanced Care Team members work in conjunction with your personal provider to help you take charge of your healthcare.
