Our doctors and nurses do not use email to communicate medical issues with patients. However, you may submit your question through the secure Patient Portal. You may also call the office and talk to our triage nurse (x445) during office hours. Email and portal questions are only checked during regular business hours and answered within a reasonable time.

Monday-Thursday – 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Morning appointments are available beginning at 8 a.m. Afternoon appointments are available beginning at 1 p.m. No appointments are available after 4:15 p.m.
Friday – 8 a.m. to noon. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

We have full-time Registered Nurses to handle your non-emergency medical needs. Triage can be reached at 910 323 2103 x445 during regular business hours. Triage calls received on the weekend will be returned the next business day. We encourage patients to contact us through their Patient Portal.
Direct Provider Access: Fayetteville Woman’s Care has a provider on call after hours and 24 hours on the weekends and holidays for emergencies, including patients in labor. When you call 910 323 2103, follow the prompt to be connected with our answering service. The answering service will contact the on call provider who will return your call. Fayetteville Woman’s Care provides on call services for our patients only and does not share call without outside providers.
